My graphtec 8600 will not show up in cutting master 3 plugin in Adobe illustrator 6 when using the printer port. Im using ethernet right now but it's not very stable.

I'm using 3M 7125 vinyl and R Tape AT75 Clear Choice® - Clear High Tack. The vinyl does not release from the tape when applying the decal. Am I using the wrong combination of vinyl/tape?
