    Nanci, thanks for your feedback, unfortunately, I've dealt with Graphtec and once your past your warranty they are bad. I had this machine for a few years and had to do the work myself (New Board) but I can't get this one to work. But thanks again I really appreciate you getting back to me.

    What is crazy to me, is Graphtec will do a video with no actuall cutting on the CM4. If you have some please link them here. For example crop marks with Mac CM4 & illustrator.

    Now I am having trouble using registration marks to cut stickers on a sheet. Have been using it since before I had to change the board. Cutter starts moving to the right about 4 inches past registration marks it can't find.
