We use a material called convex. It is very costly you have to jump in with both feet. Flame is right templates can be purchased. Or if you want I have all the templates and the material If you want to do the design up we could print lam cut and ship. Let me know.

generally we do the same. But we do have several building we do all the signage for and it is a flat rate in thoes cases its a known entity that way never any surprises.

Congrats on the textured wall vinyl job looks great. We are curently working on design for a wall graphic for one of our Schools. What was your install time on say one ramp. Our graphic is 25'x40' and there is 3 of them. Just working the details out now. We have done several smaller 4'x8' signs...

I have the S75 T-series. And I have to tell you you will not finde a better cutter out there. It will work well.

I use Belin bits. Never have I found anything that cuts cleaner. Gator board to 6061 even 5051 al. They work really well

I would look at the c4 with the blade adaptor. I ended up retrofitting the blade plate to my Saw TX. Bu the milwak looks like the same unit. I do know from talking to saftey saw they make Milwakies saw.
