Yeah what's weird is the printer is stuck in a loop before even running the heater/curing module. I understand if the voltage isn't correct at the printheads maybe that's why it's failing, but the load during the printhead installation protocol is not very high, certainly nowhere near printing...

what would be the best way to access them? so far i've been using hp's recommended technique of beginning the printhead swap, then powering down to keep access to the carriage. could i get to the board from there or would i need to dig deeper into the machine?

Turning OFF "Color Correction" in Flexi v12 seems to take the pink out of the greys, but I haven't tested that on all medias yet. What's weird is, I used to ALWAYS have to use Color Correction in Flexi, another reason I was considering reverting back to Flexi 11.

I will give it a shot. Making a new profile with no onboard calibration got me close enough to where I could color correct in photoshop and get the print out to the customer. I will experiment today. Just made another profile with CMYK only. Currently testing.
