im having all kinds of trouble over weekend. first i kept getting scan motor error. so i went in and tried to reinitialize the limits. then i got a sensor error. so i powered it off to go into service mode to see which sensor wasnt working correctly. and now when i power it on it says service...

my yellow ran out saturday. i changed cartridge monday. now yellow is missing on test print. done 2 strong cleanings. and even a head soak. i have ink to the dampers. just not firing. any ideas on a fix?

if i use crop marks. its dead on. its only off when send the job as print and cut. the pinch rollers are in great shape.

can figure out whats happened to my contour cutting. for some reason its moved to the right. nothings changed. it was working fine monday. now today im off. and can get it to align back up. i env match.. and print cut test. everything comes back perfect.
