    The big drop of ink was from bunched up material. You were right, a ribbon cable was loose. Reattached and the problem is solved. Thanks!

    My XC540 has started spitting out big magenta streaks over anything I print. I changed the dampers and I'm still getting the same thing, to a lesser degree. Any ideas? Thanks!

    Hi, all! Hope you can help. I'm running an XC-540, and when I run a test print, everything looks normal except that half of the magenta pattern just doesn't print. Anyone seen this before? Thanks!
