If you mean narrow the gap between printhead and substrate (sorry my bad english :smile:), then it isn't that. We did it already. the only difference would be sharp print or blurry print but the white dust or overspray will stay the same.

We are using a Epson R290 Printhead. It is a 6 channels. 2 Channels for white.

Recommended gap is about 2mm but it is manual so we tried to lower the gap as well as put the substrate more far but it is not the issue.

We're getting crazy to solve an issue we get since some time with the White ink.
I use a small UV flatbed printer and sometimes, the white ink overspray as you can see on the picture.
It is a kind of white dust.
