Hey guys I just got 25.7:10 trouble code which is now saying the black ink level is empty when it's not. anyone had this issue and can shed any light? I am considering replacing the cartridge but I am afraid it may then tell me another new ink cartridge is bad when it's new. thanks in advance!

to clarify where I put pressure is on the top portion where the dampers meet the manifold and sprays back from its opposite. since the machine is ran in "CMYKKYMC" I hope it's just a crack in the manifold. any experience with this?

ya I ran multiple nozzle washes and custody washes as well. the did a discharge and fill, along with countless normal and hard cleanings with a little progress but not as much as I need to get the quality we pride ourselves on
