The humidity is below 50%, if it is the head voltage how would I go about fixing that?

I thought it was static also but we clean and wipe our material down first before we print onto it. I run it bi directional, I think thats the only way it can print I havent found a uni directional setting.

No I tried the same file on coroplast and got the same result, so I made a file of just solid colors and im getting overspray on those too.

It is magnum flexible magnetic material, and the head height is the lowest it can be. I wonder if it is due to the flatbed being a UV printer.

I am going to call HP about this and see what they have to say. In the mean time the job has left the building customer is not happy though.

you can do a color calibration on the printer itself and that brings the colors back because in time the color calibration goes obselete and colors become dull. But color calibrating is still not matching the colors on the truck

how would you re-linearize, since everything is done on the printer and not on the actual rip software
