I had the same problem. I ended up taking the cover off and really cleaning the fan good and making sure there was no dust in it. Once I did that You can barley hear it run. Just make sure you shut the machine off and unplug it... There is so much static you can easily fry the board. :) Good Luck!

Thanks guys. Yeah the reason I asked the questions is because Triangle is going away from MLD ink in Bulk so I have to find another ink I can trust and not screw my profiles to much. I actually used several Bulk systems but never Solaris so I wanted to throw it out there. Thanks again for the help.

Heat heat heat Turn the Printer and Dryer All The Way up! 50, 55 and The PreHeat at 40 I altered the Matte Poster Profile to use as my Canvas Profile. I like the GVCM Canvas Profile from Magic Coatings as well. Good Luck
