Up for sale is my bucket truck. I bought it about 2 years ago with plans to do sign face replacements, bulb changes, sign hanging, banners, etc. I just haven't got the sales to justify making the payment every month and want to see it go to a good home. 1998 Chevrolet 3500 $24,500 o.b.o...
  2. Question Moving channel letters

I am completely new to channel letters, so I want to put out some feelers about a potential job before I wind up over my head. My pediatrician is considering moving her practice and they want their sign to go with them. The shield is 1 piece, "Fully Amored Family" is on a Safeway seperate from...
  3. First ever awning!

I just finished covering this awning this afternoon. Its 1 of 2 for this customer. Its my first ever 100% in house awning project. I fabricated the frames, painted the sunbrella fabric and I should install them later this week. Do you have any suggestions that could help me improve in the future?
  4. Question Do you fab awnings in house?

I can fabricate awnings in house as long as they do not contain any radii. For those of you who make awnings what tool do you use to roll your square tube and how do you get repeatable results? Thanks!

  8. Dimensional Steel Framed Sign

I just completed this sign for my gun shop. I started with 1" x 1" steel tubing and 3" x 24" x 1/4" plates. I created about 4 inches of depth with the "side wings". After welding up the frame and painting it I installed it to the building. I did it this way because the...
  9. D750 Pro pausing when cutting

I have a SummaSign D750 Pro that I used to run with an old Dell desktop running XP, connected with the parallel cable. I ordered a serial cable from Summa's web store and everything ran fine with it. The Dell started having hard drive issues so I plugged in an HP netbook running Windows 7. I...
