I was doing a light cleaning on the printer and the display screen read cleaning please wait but never went back to main screen... I can turn it off and on but goes straight into cleaning mode and it will keep running cleaning cycles... anyone had this problem???

Not sure if I know what you are talking about nothing under the blade but I'm not around the plotter now

Having problems with my plotter with brand new blade. Some cut lines are jagged and not consistent and seems to be a different sound than Iam used to.it might just be wore out been using for 4 years any help would be great
