Does your test cut alignment come out okay? I would also check to see if the blade holder is secured. I've had a problem like this once by not tightening the screw enough to secure the blade holder.

I agree with everyone else. I generally print bands of color until the colors are flushed out properly.

Need to check the cable to the servo board. You can try reseating the cables and see if that works.

How does your test print look? Have you tried printing blocks of colors and seeing if you get any lines/streaks?

Could most likely be your AI file. Does it have transparencies? Our Gerber CAT UV with Postershop has a tough time with clipping masks and transparencies. Try flattening transparencies and see if that helps. If not, I would just rasterize it.

I think sticking with OEM inks will save you a heap ton of headaches in the long run.

A part of me feels that the artwork can be ganged up even closer than what they are now and save a lot of space and substrate. Other part of me is checking the pinch rollers for maximum coverage. Then again, you might have them just as prints and not cut contour.

Is this laminate? Is the heater on when cutting? How old is the blade? Is the a lot of space with the blade holder? If I recall correctly, the roughness is from a dull blade or not enough pressure. Offset can change depending on the angles. How does your test cut perform and what does it look...

I would also check the offset. I rarely use 60 blades unless I'm cutting reflective or thick laminate.
