    You can also put a laminate on it before cutting. It feels like it often needs anyway on chrome.

    I have never seen something similar. make a print and use both heads. If problem is on both (black,cyan or magenta, yellow) it´s possibly a problem with sponge (sponge touch heads?) or something in the heads "way". I don´t think its a cleaningproblem it often more gives more randon disturbs...

    You just go to window and color palettes. And choice which pantone palette you want to use. Now you have both palettes. To take away Default CMYK you can unmark it in the same menu.
