We are converting over to TR2 inks soon as well. Will upgrading to the TR2 ink fix the issue automatically? Or will a Tech need to fix it either way?

Is the damper fill something we could ourselves or does it require a tech?

We are asking and contacting the the tech who did the work, but I am trying to see if there is a simple solution as well so we can get this fixed without having to wait for a tech.

We are not under warranty and used a third party tech. Plus there's no way to prove that the problem came from the tech right?
