    wrinkling in laminated perf

    the laminate is the problem. i had the some that tunneled before we rolled it. We heated the tunnels out when installing. About a month after the install it had huge tunnels everywhere. Tore it off and reprinted using lamex from fellers. no problems since. Any good cast laminate should work.

    I am looking for a source for mimaki ink line that is a 1 day ship from central illinois. This is the short line that comes out of the damper and goes into the adapter fitting. I think it is 3mm line. Probably need a couple feet. I also need the o rings. Any help is appreciated.

    Out of the blue my wasatch started sending the files in the cut que over and over. I can stop it by clicking hold in cue. Print functions are all normal. I have a print cut job that needs to get done tomorrow and i have no way of making this thing work. I am assuming something got clicked...

  14. clear vinyl problem

    is it an old roll. I have some reflective and oddly enough some clear that has done the same thing. In both cases the rolls were at least a year old.

    If the perf isnt blacked out it will be nearly impossible to see through.

    on my mimaki you can take pull the cap station line off at the pump and pull ink there. I would say yours would be the same

    dang they musta decide to call you after i toldem to go f themself twice. Funny thing is the relay operator got pissed when i tried to tell her these guys are a bunch of crooks trying to rip me off.

    i think mine gets emptied every couple months. it must be siphoning ink when its not running. i am guessing your capping station height needs adjusted.

    use it on perf all the time. never a problem have some thats been up almost 3 years
