Anyone know how to turn off the grommet question before printing, driving me nuts. I don't use grommet material nor ever plan to. I have to go into the printer room every time to hit the buttom and it's erking me.

Has anyone had their 1204 do this?(see attached) It's fine if I do a clean with sm ink fill before printing. Does not matter the profile and does it for all colors on left end of the sheet.

I know I've done this before but can not remember what to call it. But lets say when you have black text in a color I have a slight white gap on the upper and right of the font. I don't think this is pf adjust. Do I need to align head better? seem to happen more cyan and black. Print amazing...

Anyone use a head form sign-in-china? Need to find a new head but not sure who to get it from at a reasonable price. Have used a maintenance station form s-i-c and worked perfectly but a head is a whole different deal.
