I have an HP latex 315 and need to get a new spindle hub. I have found some that say they are for the hp design jet. There is little to no difference between it and one made for the 315 (other than price). Does anyone know if it will work? It is 3" which is what I have now.

I usually put a piece of polymetal underneath.

I currently have a hand crank laminator (hoping to upgrade soon). I have to put a hard surface under my material before laminating. I can’t just put my print in and run it through bc it leaves a lot of bubbles. Is this just bc it is a cheap hand crank or am I doing something wrong?

I have a 24" printer I could use. I was just interested in the small table top machines that only did decals/ labels.

I have a logo from a customer that has a lot of shading and color to it. I have managed to pull it into adobe illustrator and keep the color. When I try to save it or pull into Flexi it dulls the lettering from a bright red to a dull brownish colors and most of the time it leaves harsh lines...

I have an iprofiler pro that I use, but it doesn't seem to help much.

I am looking at getting a new computer. Do I need to be dead set on a particular graphic card? I am printing on an HP Latex 315. Is there a graphic card that will show closer colors to what the printer puts out?

Would this printhead be the one that is not working right? It looks a little different from the others.

Ok, I thought the test prints looked bad because they were all splotchy. I figured they would print smooth like regular prints. I have only had one time where the blue printed better and it was just after cleaning the printheads, by the end of the print it was going back to grainy. Other colors...

The roll is brand new. I tried wiping the material with alcohol and printing on it after reading that it could be the vinyl. It didn't seem to make a difference. Should I just replace heads with the blue in them since all my sensors say they are all good and the test print showed all of them...

I have started having problems with my prints coming out grainy. It seems like dark blue is the worse. I have had prints that were real nice and then the next one is grainy again and some that the yellow prints fine but the blue part is grainy. After reading up on it I have checked to make sure...

Is there any possible way to get back a file you deleted (accidently) from production manager? I printed the file, but had not cut it yet.

The customer is planning on using it as a purse liner. I wouldn't think it would be washed a lot, but I am not sure of that.

Just wondering what methods are used for cleaning substrates, especially polymetal, before laying vinyl on it. Is ammonia free glass cleaner a good choice?

I thought about that, but if someone is trying to find you just by typing in a name I didn't feel like they would put the dashes in there. My whole thought on this is someone thinks they know the name and just types it in to find the website. I guess this would still be better than what I have...
