Thanks man! That is sooooo close, that I am going to use it. I just have to 'point' out the 'N' and 'A'....and stretch the 'A' a bit.... but it's the closest I've seen yet and I can fudge it for this job!! No one will know the difference. Thanks!

Thanks Mark - but it's not quite right.... it seems to be VERY close to Futura Medium, however the 'G' and the 'cuts' on the end of the 'S' and 'C' are angled instead of vertical sliced..... any other ideas? Thanks again!

Hi John - thanks for that attempt.. I actually ran a 'test' letter through Illy's Effect/3D/Extrusion & Bevel filter to give the letter dimension... and then 'arc'd' it through the Effects/Warp/Arch function.... It was pretty rudimentary and it didn't give me the non-arched side edges, top...

Hi MikePro - can you post a quickie example showing the result of this which would simulate the photo I attached... I am familiar with Illustrator's 'Warp' and "envelope mesh".... but not seeing how this would achieve the goal.... thanks for your help ! :thumb:

Adjusted kerning on originals..... and gave him another batch with heavier font for McDaniels, different 'rays', and swapped out the 'and' for an ampersand. I kinda liked 'Tiki's' McDaniels font.... but couldn't find it... what is that? Sent it to client for review....
