Hi all. So my L 25500 just started dropping color mid way through prints. I’ve replaced yellow/ black and light mag/mag but still getting the problem. I ran 1 printheads clean cycle on yellow and black and it got better for but didn’t cure it. Any ideas guys?

Sounds like too much pressure to me. Has the laminator been calibrated? Crowning can be an issue depending on pressure points

I'd use a 3mm polycarbonate from grimco and a oracal calandered translucent print media with compatible overlaminate. I'd also look to replace UV tubes and retro fit with LED as they are cooler and brighter. Will also stop the heat vacuum.

Great idea, however I'd still use google translate as spell check tool.

I had this same issue with Roland SP540V. I also had to keep the pressure manually. I did have the option of increasing the vacuum though which helped. Try slowing the cut right down too.
