Then i'm sorry there is no help, you have to replace head. only thing that i have noticed that spraying is lover on the larger dot profiles. After head replace i recomend to use 1l ink bag closed system. Also you can do the nozzlecheck from maintenance mode and you will notice lot of problems...

What ink do you use? cartridges or open bulk system?

I need Onyx profiles(vinyl,banner,paper...) for UMS Mutoh ink for 1604(x). It is possible to use profiles for 1304 but it have to be for Mutoh UMS. Anyone have profiles to share?

How did you solve it? Have same problem here, new head, new capping station ( digiprint capping) and missing the one chanell of black. Blac chanel apears during print but it is messed up after cleaning. I don't see any way to 'align' cap top... Can you advice?
