i have heard of that but never had a problem just reprinting without waiting, i figure its only laying more ink on already flashed ink, so its not going to puddle. i guess if one were to use a max impact ink curve it could be a problem..?

versaworks is your rip, return to origin after first pass, then re print. return to origin is in the "cut controls" menu, just check "return to origin after print" it does make a huge difference on clear ij material.

i used to have a chart. resolution vs. the human eye. showed how lower resolution at comparable distances has no effect on image quality. have to dig that up..

like mike and john say, you need to cut that file size. reduce overall size by 75% then bump it up to 100% in your rip. although you did not mention what you were using. direct from ps? nice work.
