Hello, I am looking at buying a used laminator he says its about 8 years old, I am just wondering if the roller would be worn in that timeframe? Anything I should look out for?

Print decals and cut in normal condition in tool one position and everything is good. Setup condition 8 with tool three for cut contour stickers - I switch my tool to tool 3 position before it starts cutting but cut lines are shifted to the top of the design.. any ideas?

After printing decals when cutting in the regular more (tool one) the alignment is fine, when I want to do perf cut I set up my condition 8 with tool 3 selected and the aligment is shifted down (towards me) just slightly to mess mu my decal border... any idea on how I fix this?
