Why not use a screw with cap? If done tastefully, I find my customers accept them w/o complaint.

I have been buying a good quality circular saw blade for about $90 with about 80 carbide teeth to cut 2 sided white .080 Aluminum 4x8 sheets in our Safety Speedcut vertical panel saw. I get about 12 good cuts before it dulls. Any suggsetions for best blade, tooth type and quantity?
