Have you gone into cutter menu settings and changed mark detect from off to 1pt (on)? This gives you a red light below the detection lens. Just come across it after having error MARKDETECT 36-C.

Solved it, it was because I was using immediate print. Rip and print stays connected :)

Thanks, I've currently got temp to 40,40, 45. Is it where it is making the paper wave up and down a little and then that is clashing with the paper? Quite new to all this obviously :)

Same happens when I print and cut, it stops after printing and then I have to hit the remote button to reconnect for cutting...

Hi all, Adding a few separate PDF's to rasterlink, individually selecting Immediate Print on them all. However after each print, the printer disconnects and I have to hit the "remote" button again to connect. Is there an option somewhere that I'm missing? Sorry if it is a stupid question!

Hi all! If I was to print for laminate and then cutting, I assume I would use crop marks, print then remove the paper for lamination. However is there a procedure for refeeding the laminated material to make sure the printer recognises it prior to cutting ie draw a mark where the paper was...

ok found the folder, opened licence, clicked next and it started deactivating but luckily when I went back to activate the key was in there, so I screenshot it and reactivated! Phew!! Thanks for the help

Using this feature, if I was to take the material out after the printing stage - for lamination, is there a certain way to reload it for cutting? Should I place the material and crop marks in a certain position for the camera to read it properly?
