The 310 and 330 do not have a Spectrometer, but have a densitometer. so you can create the first two steps (ink limit and linearization) on the printer, but not ICC profile. However, the printer automatically attaches an ICC profile to your custom profile, copied from the 'media type' you choose...

Hi,
the Photorealistic poster paper is not compatible with the gen 3 latex ink (with optimizer). It's creating a wetting issue. You can try to reduce the Optimizer level to zero or close to Zero. For best results, use HP Professional Satin Photo Paper.

You may leave the printer off for quite a while. Being a water-base ink it won't dry inside the heads like solvent does. There are some very good third-party service technicians that can install and service your printer and charging less than HP :) theyallaman@gmail.com
