Hello, Trying to print a greyscale poster on a Roland XC540 through Versaworks. Is there any way to use the black ink only? With the other colors involved it looks bad. Thanks in advance, Pat

Anyone know why the cyan would look like that? New captop and dampers. After changing dampers the spots moved a bit but then went back to this position. Always the same side. Pat

Any ideas what's causing this? Roland XC 540. Cleaned encoder strip, test print normal. Always the same color in various places through out the run. Just started today. I shut the main power off and then on again and printed two 8' banners no problem. Now it's back. Any ideas appreciated.
