i cant uninstall because it changed the numbers on my password key ? ?

yea it picks up the first mark fine but when it goes down the sheet for the second mark it goes to far and the sheet flies off the machine ? any ideas

i just updated from 7.5 to 8.5 i use a graphtec fc 5100 and mutoh printer, my cutter now cannot find the reg marks when it goes to cut a job it worked fine a couple days ago before i upgraded any ideas

i cant find the file menu in my production manager ? it says file add job job properties nest unnest save as rip send\ about show me exit

just wondering how to get a .ptf file into flexi it wont import it ? any ideas it says crt but no ptf

where do you guys buy parts ? i need the little white plastic piece on top the head that hoplds mag, yellow

ive done that too... when i took the black cover off the head i can see that the little white cartridges look off the third one in is half full of magenta and the 4th one from the right is filled with magenta and i believe that should have yellow

it did get low i put new inks ion tryed to get cleared out but now the colors are cross contaminated i believe, now im am trying to get them back to there regular lines

i checked that and it wasnt it.. also i tried cleaning it and nothing also (tried many times)... and when i run a nozzel check i get green where yellow is supposed to be any ideas?

my printer wont print yellow at all anybody no why ?
