Hello there, Did you try to print in CMYK . Clean encoder strip and head, Did you printed in Matt if yes try orajet 3640 matte white. it difficult to get consistent in print as you are printing long, Try if it help.

Hello there, I think the better option CMYK - Cyan =100% remaining all MYK = 0, if you go with Pantone it will print in 4 colors so ignore it, if you want to make Cyan little Dark, max Density Color management( VersaWork)
