Would the 19mm excel integral foam be as strong as a MDO sheet of plywood? 4x8x3/4"? I was thinking of instead of using a MDO plywood sheet for direction 4x8 road sign, would a sheet of the excel foam be as rigid/strong mounted to two wooden posts?

I've been using a HP Latex 335 and a Flexi rollover applicator to apply laminate, works like a charm every time. Should I be worried about something? I have been doing this since december.

We laminate right away with our HP Latex 335. One of the benefits of latex.. But I haven't been doing this for very long.
