    All the above guidance worked to enter service mode. Ran through the menu no "encoder set-up". Only" linear encoder & Linear Calibration" is what came up. So checked each one resulted in "Service call 0105"

    Hey everybody THANKS for the good ideas and input. Concept is Single sided, pan form, non-electric, 5 removable panels. I think I'm gonna go with several of your ideas on this. Clear lexan name panels, reverse vinyl letters, and use anti-theft stand-offs.

    I ran a test pattern and my Roland. SCAN side shows a cut line off to the left of the guide. I followed the directions in the book to change the value. Everytime it prints it shows the same cut with no movement. Does anyone know how to change this?
