We just found where the resolution settings are. Thanks for the tip about using the shift + control buttons. If we set it to "50x slower" will it take more time to route on our CNC router?
We did run a full part, and the chatter was there. It was slight and we were able to sand it down, but we would like to know how to make it not be there.
Good morning all. We went ahead and upgraded from VCarve Pro to Aspire software so we can do 3D modeling on our CNC router. We have a program that we drew, but it has some chatter. Does anyone know what we should do to get rid of this chatter? We are cutting a concave pattern on 1/2" MDF.
Sorry, I've never used the EnRoute software. There should be a way to "scale" or "convert" to standard. If you're going to scale, you would scale by 25.4. In other words, 25.4 mm = 1".
The way I see it is the numbers on the top are in metric, and the other one is standard. If you divide those top numbers by 25.4 you get 12.000003 x 18.000003.
I am looking for someone who may have Aspire software that can generate a 3D modeling file for us to import into V-Carve Pro. We have the trial version of Aspire which allows me to generate the file we want but we cannot export it or save it to run on V-carve Pro. The file is quite basic. At...

Is there anyone that could take a vector file that I have and convert it into a 3D model file that I could import into VCarve Pro 10.5? I don't want to spend the money to upgrade to Aspire. This isn't something I will be doing frequently. Any suggestions?
Update:
It looks like it was the media. We got an HP roll of clear film in today to try, and the results were great. I attached pictures of the bleeding we were getting and what we printed on the new media.
We previously used HP film, but we switched to Natura about a year ago due to availability issues with the HP film.
When you're looking through the plastic panel, the ink looks like it's fine while it's printing. As it exits the printer that's
when you see the bleeding. The display screen is...
Good morning. I'm reaching out to you all in the hopes that someone can help us out. We are printing screen positives using a HP Latex 310 printer, and the clear backlit polyester film we are using is Natura SO800W 54" roll with a 3" core. The profile that we are using and that we have used for...
Can someone tell me the best roll material to print out screen positives for screen printing on a HP latex 310, please? Right now we are using 54" Natura SO800, but we are wondering if there is something better out there that someone else knows about.
