    HS15plus Head not Zero'ing

    So our knife is tearing up the vinyl. We thought the knife was bad, so we got a new one. Ran a test again, and it tore it up.We realized that the knife isn't zero'ing.     Textured Laminate?

    Curious if anyone has seen a laminate like this? Calipers put it at around 17mil. It's textured. Kinda of like 40 grit sandpaper without the sharp edges. Looks like mini pebbles, so to speak. Thanks!
