I heard customers make to wait weeks and no one show up and not give BS about it. Any delay could cause more damage to the whole printer...

    Agreed! I am sure someone out there loses a big corporate clients because they unable to fix their own machine and yet Roland dealer fail in their respond time to come do it.

    Yes! don't get the SG3 as they lock out the service mode and you won't be able to do simple adjustment yourself and have to wait weeks for dealer technician to arrive and they put your deadline priority last.
