Hello, we have a VJ1624 that prints good, except right around the 48" mark on wide prints. It is fine anything under 48 inches. If you print 54 or 60" prints it has a very thin line at that mark all the way down the print. Almost like something was dragged across the print when it was still wet.

Have you been happy with the VJ1324? I 2as thinking about buying one of those from Sign warehouse.

I replaced the dampers and got the green out of they yellow and I printed a wrap that night. When I went up the next day, one of the yellows lines was green again. I put a new cartridge in when I replaced the dampers, so it was not the cartridge. I flushed and flushed and cleaned the lines and...

I never have replaced the dampers. I ordered them yesterday. I will look at everything and make sure there us no ink build up. Thanks for the information!

Yeah, that may be some of the problem. I am not sure how it all works. I took one of my yellow dampers off that had some blue ink in it off and was trying to figure out how to flush the damper. I did not clamp it off or anything. How do those 2 lines work going to the print head for each color...
