I am printing these Maroon colour prints an the ink seems to flow and create lines. Im sure its a heat issue... Im just not sure if I should increase or decrease the heat. On the ligter shade of red the colours are perfect but on the deeper maroon/dark red im getting lines and even shapes...

See, that is the problem. Instead of serial number in the "available printers" box, the description is CJV30-01 for both of them so that is the problem. Could it be that I only ran the one printer driver CD? Should I have ran the other printer driver disc for the other printer as well?

So are you saying I can change thr name in the "available printers" box? The name that says CJV30-01 (this is what is the duplicated name) ? Because the box that says "Printer Name" i cant get that far

Try a perforated film with less transparency (smaller holes) or even try a 2 x overprint. That is what is suggested for white back PVC for instance

I had this on my Chinese printer... After i flushed solvent through the head i had some more of them and then the head was clean. Looked like blotches of dried ink particles. Dust on the vinyl is makes clear spots, what this looks like is blotches of ink. What inks are you using?
