Have you ever installed a banner with velcro outdoors? What would be the best velcro to use in this situation? Banners will probably be around 50' x 5' with a 2" velcro (loop) sewed around the perimeter. Velcro (hook) will need to adhere to a smooth concrete/brick wall, outdoors, and last 4-6...

I have never made these, but according to eyeblackstickers.com they use "3M medical grade tape (latex free)". Maybe one of your local vinyl reps can point you in the right direction.

I like the PVC route. Can get some 1/2" green pvc pipe for the stem. I never considered just getting plastic leaves that's a good idea.

They are set on Daffodils for now unfortunately, maybe I can convince them otherwise..

Have a client looking to do something very similar to the attached pictures. They want a few hundred flowers made and for them to last long term. I was thinking go metal and weld/paint, but wasn't sure if there was a better option? How would you go about it?

Material will not roll back onto the core as it cuts, but it will allow you to start with everything as straight as possible. We run tens of thousands of 2" x 2" decals and our alignment issues completely disappeared after we started keeping the material on a core and using the flanges/guides.

Is the printed material on a core and are you using the media flanges?

I have a client with a several of these room ID plaques in their building and they want to add more, but I can't find this particular one anywhere online. Any idea where I could get one or who makes them? The black section is open and allows a slip of paper to slide in from the edge.

I didn't think there would be enough surface area on the exterior screen to print or paint and the image be recognizable. Openings are about 1" x 2" and wire cross section maybe 1/6" thick.

This is what I envisioned when I was talking about wrapping the blades. Take the normal logo and twist it to a certain degree so that when the blades spin the image twist back so it looks normal. Similar to wording and arrows painted on roads. They aren't normal looking unless you are driving...

These aren't matches to what's in your pictures, but I would give this a try OCR-A BT. Or maybe Agency, Wheaton Capitals, or Tungsten.

Would be a lot easier to do a banner frame or something similar along the top section only and would definitely make year to year switch outs a lot easier and cost effective. Think I will toss wrapping the full wall and then just doing the banner on the top at them and see what sticks. Thanks!
