Not ideal at all to apply vinyl to unsealed wood but if you have to put probond primer around the perimeter. Duravinyl 435 or Flexcon Billboard SAV is best bet. Always wrap edges to back and staple as well. Wood should always be primed and painted before applying SAV. You are going to have trouble

Clear 1/4" acrylic. Polish edges and Heat bend to shape. 1/4" white acrylic solvent cut and welded as needed. A couple solid supports painted green and attached to whatever you can get a hold of.

Hi maker of weird things. My slogan is specializing in the strange and unusual. There are not many options other than acrylic or poly carb at that size in clear. What is final application so I could make a recommendation?

If you need optically clear you are not going to get that with a film that has egress. Either print and cut it or install O.C. wet.

What material?

If the panels are large and solid do not use premask. If there is a small area with cad cut apply premask to that area only. If it all needs to be premasked you have to give it time to bite.

I have used drywall spackle on edges in the past. Let it dry and sand. Then apply primer and paint.

Laminate the boards with a high tac sav then print. Take a look at duravinyl 435. We use that for painted barricades in nyc. Has a few more mils of adhesive.

I have to give myself some time to sit in the sessions. Always seem to find myself rushing through these.
