When I print some PDF files they print but any images/pictures are not printed, totally missing. When i check the print preview they show up. What could cause this. Im using SAI flexi RIP and HP Latex 315 printer. See attached pics

Turns out this was a simple IP conflict, the nasty BT router that came with our broadband hit a snag and that was all it was. Changed the IP address and bingo, away she goes. Looking at a new router that i can lock the IP address down.

What do people use to help lift and move the heavy vinyl rolls? I've got on on my media storage rack and the roll is sliding up the core when I try to lift it of. It got me thinking, the must be an easy way to do this on my own.

We have just encountered a very strange problem with Flexi, I send a print file and it rips then shows as complete but the file never starts to print at the HP Latex printer.

We currently use Mail Big File as our upload system. Its works AOK but its £78 per year and you don't really get any storage benefits that you do with the likes of dropbox etc. We have a big "upload your files here" button on the web homepage and people seem to find it easy enough to use but...

Does anyone run magnetic roll media through there HP latex 315. I'm not sure whether it will it even a good idea to try this but I would like to know if anyone has had any success and if so what media did you use and what were the results like?

these are the settings i use, but its just standard SAV, you will have to up the contour cut setting a bit to get it to cut right through.

Mine disappears from time to time too - watching this thread.

Both Spandex and metemark have said the machine runs too hot for there media - bit of a surprise but if that what it is thats what it is.

I like to use our HP latex 315 to make transfers for T-shirts. Does anyone have a supplier in the UK for good media to use and I suppose any ideas or tips. The last time we tried Tshirt printing it was using a desktop Ricoh sublimation printer and it did not go that well.

As good as the Rolands and Mimakis are Ive decided on the HP Latex and separate cutter. Looking forward to getting it installed and reporting back how we get on with it.
