I bought my copy of X3 from that site shortly after X3 came out. I was more than pleased with their service. I'd buy from them again (and will).

If you download it instead of ordering the box version, I don't think you get the manual, which includes all of the vector graphics and font samples. I use my "catalog" all the time for looking up stuff. I can't imagine not having it. Just something to consider. You might be happy without it.

Problem solved! When I changed it to GP-GL on the LCD, I didn't hit enter. Seems to work well now!

About 6 feet. It's the one that came with the machine. I did reinstall it and noticed the only choice on the install is GPGL, and I remembered seeing HPGL selected on the LCD. I changed that setting and now I don't seem to get the error, but it shows "working" on the LCD and then it goes away...

We just got our plotter yesterday, already had the plug-in installed, went through and setup the drivers, and make sure the settings were for Graphtec USB, but every time we send a job from Cut Master, it shows the progress, it always shows the filename as "untitled" and it goes right through...

That's what I was trying to avoid. I don't have a printer and don't want one, and I can't get people around town with printers to react quickly. When I get an order for something like this, I need it in a few hours, not a few days, so I'm trying to work my way around those issues.
