Resolved this issue. The thermistor in the dryer was changed. Also plugged in one of the old printheads and it got a temp reading from the head at least.
The VP lives! Just to wait for new heads to come in and everything should be good to go hopefully. any advice on calibration that needs to be...
The Vp has powered on! We changed the fuses and a couple transistors.
We have a new error. Temperature too low. is that because no heads are installed?
Hi guys I got a VP 540 without heads or cable. I've got new ones coming in but I don't know how to connect them.
Can anyone give me a diagram of the carriage board and which cable goes to which head and which side?

Thanks for your response! As I said I have attempted it before by apparently its not my technique it is just the generic dampers that can't work for whatever reason...
A technical service manual would be appreciated also if anyone has it!
Good afternoon,
Anyone can provide me with exact detailed instructions on how to change the dampers on the 1324x correctly?
Do the dampers need to be primed with a syringe?
I have attempted to change dampers and used digiprint generic types but always I end up with missing nozzles. i have...
thanks but it happens after a while...
I printed 20 feet yesterday then it dropped. A long clean brought it back and i continued printing (66 feet). It dropped out about 10 times during the rest of the print. The banner is going up really high so the thin line with slightly less yellow won't...
