I agree with the "never say no to a customer" service strategy but now realize that just because somebody walks into your shop acting like a customer it doesn't make it so.
The most negative transactions have occurred when another shop (trade) defines someone as a customer and then refers...
Our jobs started cancelling mid run recently so we disabled the screen saver and the power saving options in Windows 10.
Seems to have solved the problem...
