I was told it was difficult by a tech but I had already spent too much on other repairs so; I did it myself. As long as you follow directions and do it in order it isn't difficult and the end result solved some other issues I was having. I too have some unused TR1 to sell.

Try publishing to pdf and use them to print. I've been doing it for years across all Corel builds with no issues. I use 2018 and Versaworks 6.

Convert the R to curves and combine with the circle to make one object from the two elements. That should take care of it. Also, 2018 is a very good upgrade, many new features that will help when designing signs.
