Have image we could take a look at to see what amount of work may be involved?

We print out our films right side up and place them on our exposure unit right side up then place the screen on top of the film. So the latex ink side is in contact with the bottom of the screen. This puts the ink in direct contact with the emulsion. We have never had any issues. I hope that helps.

Might want to look into Shiraz Software, it's Mac compatible but cost may be a factor.

When it works, it works great but when it doesn't it is a real PITA. I have spent much more time on problems than anyone should. I have a few more things to try, we will see.

I did find the setting to print CMYK bars along the left and right sides. I will run some tests today utilizing them. Thank you!
