I got it!!!! After spending all day yesterday doing manual and digital adjustments, I physically adjusted the printhead by unscrewing it and checking alignment after placement. Thank you all for your help and advice!

Yes we just replaced the printhead about a month ago.

I spent all morning doing all the proper alignments and now all the checks come back and aligned perfectly, but there is still the red line :(

I am currently having this same issue, did you ever figure anything out?

I ran prints in uni & bi directional and both have the red line on top border of everything. I have tried all sorts of different ICC profiles, deep cleaning, and like I said before we have a new printhead/maintenance station/wiper. I'm at a loss :(

What did you end up doing to solve this problem? My printer is doing the exact same thing and we have already recently (w/in 4 months) changed the printhead, maintenance station and wiper.

I gave it a good cleaning yesterday when changed out the wiper blade, I didn't see anything blocking the track but is it way down in the depths or somewhere noticeable that might be stopping it?

I have recently replaced maintenance station, print head & wiper blade, but every morning when arriving to work my Mutoh Valuejet 1324 is beeping with the wiper err. I am not sure what else to do, any suggestions?
