Thanks for the suggestion. The reason I usually don't get samples from manufacturers is because they won't want to do all the media and print files if there is not a prospective printer Sale on the horizon. Plus, I have found that Print Shops pay more attention to the details and they make...
Hello again, just popping this to the top for one last trip down the posting list. There have been 249 views in three weeks but no takers. Is everyone full up with work or does this mean no one has the LUS-200 ink set yet? My thought now is that since it costs some $ to change over to the...
Hello Everyone,
I've recently gotten a print job done on a JFX200-2513 using the 'rigid' ink set (LH-100) and want to do some comparisons with the most flexible ink. Is anyone running the LUS-200 ink set? If so, I'd like to send you a Request for Quote on a print job.
Thank you.

Johnny, there is a Facebook group for the new resin printers which you should check out. Currently there are 160 members in that group that are making post about their experience. Looking at the R5070L spec sheet it says the following:
Voltage: AC 200-240 V
Current: 16 A x 2

For those in North America I learned that Grimco, Chicago, has this printer AND the new V-series UV flatbed in their showroom fully operational. If interested in a virtual demo call and talk to Matt to arrange media to test with your print files. Other NA dealers I have talked to are getting...
This is a long-shot but easy enough to try: take the red print head out and clean off the electrical connection in the carriage and on the print head with a q-tip type wiper and a little rubbing alcohol. There may be some ink deposits there causing an intermittent connection.
Interestingly, installing the SW and starting it up with the dongle installed coughed up a 'license error' or some such announcement and a report that it couldn't find the dongle (I was now 'seeing red'). Checking the system devices showed the ES-1000 was happily installed. At this point I was...
Thanks for looking netsol. Right, my dongle is licensed for 2.2 so any 2.2 software disk will work. Later versions recognize the license is there on the desktop but all the useful options are grayed out. EFI doesn't have 2.2 on line to download any more, just the newer versions.
Hi,
I bought a new-old-stock ES-1000 to do color measurements and discovered too late that the dongle was licensed for the Fiery Color Profiler Suite 2.2 but the software sent by the vendor was version 3.1. If anyone out there has a legit 2.2 disk I'd like to buy it or trade for the 3.1 (if...
DrunknMonk, can you say a little more about the delamination issue? From your experience laminate sticks well to 570 prints but not to 365 prints? If you were considering a 1-10 scale where 1 is 'peels/bubbles by itself' and 10 is 'strongly bonded, meets all customer needs' where would you...
Hi,
From posts related to the 1640 I thought your shop was going to install a unit in Feb. If you DO have one I would like to send you a request for a quote. Thank you! My image file is 7MB tif and the rfq letter is a small pdf file.

As has been suggested, get that free service call. If the printer or you are slammed with work try to schedule it at the most convenient time you can. Problems that just 'go away' tend to return at the worst possible moment (in order that Murphy's Law is conserved.) And as a new VG2 owner I'd...
