When my system crashed a while back and i upgraded I only installed Flexi since that is all I used. I was able to locate one of my old machines with AI still loaded and it opened it no issue. I resaved as an AI and all is well in the world again....until the next issue. Thanks

I just got an EPS file from one of my customers and every time I attempt to open it it shuts Flexi down. I can see the thumbnail preview but as soon as I hit the open button flexi shuts down. Any ideas what the issue is, I have never had this happen. Thanks Richard
