Flexi is a useless program, the only reason I'm using it is because it came free with my setup. Coming from Ergosoft 14, it is the most buggy, slow, un-optimised RIP I've come across. Ergosoft takes 5 seconds to rip and send a job to the printer Flexi take 3-5mins... it's ridiculous. Their help...

It ended up being the vacuum being too strong. Really annoying that the vacuum will stop the paper from feeding out.

So I think I've narrowed it down to the paper spindle/drive motor that the paper roll connects into. Something is wrong with it where it locks up and won't let the paper go freely. When I help it along it starts to go. Also when I unload and then load the media back on it seems to free up, but...

No it's not a generic profile, but I think I know why it changed back to the defaults. When you enable or disable the OMAS it looks like all options are reset. Pretty annoying.

Yes done all that, no didn't cancel the curing process. I think it may have something to do with the adjustments option that let you adjust printing parameters on the fly. Also something to do with printing presets? I changed some of the printing options like heat and vacuum then did another...

Just wanted to follow up with the fix. In the end it was the OMAS I'm printing on satin polypropylene so was confused why the OMAS had so much trouble with it. Not sure if it's a fault with the printer or not?

I don't think it's the printer, as the size is way off what I set, sometimes by more than an inch or two for big posters. Could that be the printer? It's only 2 months old.

Has anyone ever had a problem with sizes being off in Flexi 19? It seems to just do it randomly, I'll print say 20-30 meters fine then it will start printing jobs over size, then I have to restart the program or computer to be safe. It only seems to be in the vertical direction. I've never had...

I try to only have minimal programs running. Maybe just a browser and the rip going. If I keep it under 4 files per job then it's usually fine. Is it a ram issue? I'm trying to figure out where the bottle neck is. Ethernet cable, switch?

Well I thought it was working, but I've noticed that it's still randomly printing jobs. I think it's got to do with the HP properties option that allow continuous printing by rearranging jobs. If I uncheck that option then it won't print the jobs, it just rips them then doesn't print them.

Yes I think that did the trick, it wasn't working at first, then I saw another person saying that you have to restart the program every time you make a change, which is really annoying. I really appreciate everyone's help

Tried that, but it still seems to print the queue in a random way, just another bug that they won't fix.
