    We still use Flexi for diecut stuff, but for any printed stickers, we do it with Illustrator and Versaworks. Then we cut using cuttingmaster right out of illustrator (We have a graphtec).

    We have a FC8000 and the automatic cross cut after a job is turned on, so we can send a few jobs and have it cross cut between them. However, when we send a real long job, its crosscutting it in the middle of the job... right at about 80" into it. Is there a max length setting or something that...

    So far, its pretty freakin awesome. It's fast, quiet, and seems to work great. Only issue I have is the lacking of 64 bit drivers, but they said they'll be out this summer. Until then, I just can't use the fc8000 management software. Cutting from Flexi works great, as does print/cut using...

    It's because you're using a PC :-P Anyways, clean out your temp folder completely and check the permission. Maybe run it as administrator for the install.

    I've been pretty lucky and I haven't had any issues with flexi 8.5 on vista, but its on a dual core pc w/ 4gbs ram.
