Well, apparently, custom inksets are associated with the printer installed. Once the printer is deleted the custom inksets are gone! The machine's only job is to run Flexi. I restored the computer from last weeks backup and we are good to go!

I am having the issue even using registration marks. Go through the alignment procedure, print a job just fine and the next job is off. I'm going to be waiting on the installation tech to figure it out.

I know this is an older post, but curious if you figured out the issue. I have a brand new CJV150 that does exactly the same thing. I run the registration through Rasterlink and make the adjustments on the printer. Prints the next job perfect and goes back to being off about 1mm for following...

Another CJV30 here with the exact same issue. Running dual Mimaki ES3 inks. CMY nozzles are perfect. Both blacks look similar to the photo at the beginning of the post. I print at the highest resolution and get by, but not happy.
